ACT 4 - ABOMINABLE YETI - QUEST COMPLETE PROBLEM

After killing the abominable yeti, I still see an icon on the world map indicating that the yeti is not dead, and I did not receive any benefits from killing it. I killed it a total of three times, and not once did a special item drop.

I am experiencing the same issue. Into maps and missing 2 passive points as I can see on my weapon swap points. I have run this quest at least 3 times trying to get final points but always shows on map that it is incomplete.
