Instance Failed - Auckland Server

I have been having consistent instance failed crashes in Auckland server when i load into map and back to hideout. This makes me lose my map and map activities. The game says i attempted the map when i never loaded into it in the first place. It also happens when it redirects me to Australia servers when creating instance.
