BUG！！！Error！！HELP！

Error! Please help me resolve this issue.Hello~~~ On the afternoon of September 2, 2025, at Standard Alliance, I used my account's 'Time Magician' to retrieve a spirit from the warehouse that did not display a name or soul. After equipping it, I immediately exited the game, and now I am unable to log back into that character. Each time I enter, I am taken to the account password input screen where it indicates an unexpected disconnection occurred. However, other characters in my account can log in without issue. Please assist me in resolving this matter; I believe the problem is caused by the spirit not displaying a name or soul. This spirit should be suitable for capture in version 0.2, but in version 0.3, it does not display the spirit's name and soul usage. Several summons have encountered this situation as well; I appreciate your help in resolving this, thank you!
