Second Wind III support doesn't heal when supporting Demon Form

Second Wind III grants "Restore 2% of maximum Life on use per one second cooldown of Supported Skills".

When demon form is supported by Second Wind III, neither activating nor deactivating Demon Form grants the life recovery.

Second Wind III does appear to work when supporting other spells such as Snap.
