Demon form

1. When in demon form and disembarking from a ship in act 4 the character gets stuck untill a respawn or a relog, second disembarkment works

I also have the bug where demon form breaks the instance when disembarking from ship. i spawn in in witch form, and then proceed to rubberband. have to reload the zone, or the client when that isnt an option to fix. very consistent and repeatable, independent of which zone im disembarking on, same issue.
