Ngakanu island loading crash

Every time I have tried to travel to Ngakanu island my game closes. No other island has this issue. I now can't load into the game to try to go to another area as I am 'in' Ngakanu island and keep crashing as it tries to load it.

I went to this island first and crashed twice so decided to go to other islands, but wasn't stuck. This is the last place in act 4 for me to go, but cannot continue or leave as it constantly tries to load me into this zone and crashes.

Other characters in standard can be loaded into, but my one character in league is now stuck and unable to be played.

As an added - Have changed fron DirectX12 to vulkan made no difference.

Nvidea reflex on and off, no difference.

All settings are at their lowest. Tried locking FPS, Vsync on and off.

None made any difference.

Did you manage to find a way to solve the issue? I’m experiencing the same problem—my character is blocked, and I can’t log in.
