Some of the maps in atlas are not recored correctly and showed as attempted instead

There is a problem with some maps not being recorded as "done".

Today I've done a tower, seen "map completed" while I was still inside. I came back to the hideout and I've done another map. Somewhere down the line I realized that I forgot to put tablets in the tower, but to my surprise I was not able to do it, and I had to do the map again.

Later that day I've done another maps, and while looking at my atlas right now, I see that one of them is marked as "map attempted", but the one behind it is already done.

The one with the red circle has no connection to another "completed" maps, and the one I've done before (Epitaph) is marked as "attempted".

Also run into this problem with a short string of maps, both yesterday and today.

And it may be coincidence, but in both cases for me these maps were near unlockable map nodes (the mansion to be specific).




The three map nodes below the mansion were all completed (allowing access to the tower), and are now all showing 'map attempted'.
