My store keeps showing offline status

I am keeping online, but my store has been offline, which has caused me to be unable to trade normally and seriously affected my gaming experience

Your account is set to Private, and the account you're posting from doesn't appear to have any items listed for sale in PoE 1's regular Mercenaries League on PC.
