Problem with Well of souls (PS5)

When I put an item in a slot for recognizing an unknown property (in Well of souls) - instead of choosing a new property, I get a black rectangle and the item can no longer be picked up.

I have already lost 2 items this way - the bug is reproduced in 100% of cases, just try it yourself.
Unfortunately, I did not make a screenshot then - and now I do not want to lose another item for the sake of a screenshot

Please give feedback on the problem - this is really critical because it breaks one of the main mechanics of the league
