"Activation failed. Map is not accessible."

My first two attempts to fight the new 0.3 atlas bosses can't be made, because both maps are inaccessible when I try to enter them.
The same problem exists when trying to get to 3 Unique maps on my Atlas.

I must have 10-15 Maps on my Atlas which read "Activation failed. Map is not accessible." when I'm trying to enter them.

I cannot progress any further.
