Lost loot on first abyss boss - Bug Report ID: #2988029667

Encountered abyss boss (jumoing into well) for the first time.
took lich to hardest level, giving the finger back.
playing poison pathfinder. Required MANY attempts before kill, boss respawned fine every time. final time, I die, boss die moments later due to poison. Now no respawn and no loot.

Also resulted in stuck in arena, portal is turned off during boss fight, but there is no boss to fight...

I had a similar thing happen where I died and the boss then 4 seconds later died due to my poison. I saw the loot drop and was able to respawn but once I did the instance was reset and the boss remained dead. There was no loot to be collected.
