Do NOT buy points from Playstation Store

I’ve purchased a point pack from the Playstation Store several days ago and still haven’t received them in game. This is the second time in the past two months this has happened, (First time were points purchased for POE1.)

Playstation support told me everything is good on their end and have sent my purchase to the game server, however POE support hasn’t adjusted my account.

In game purchases work, just don’t buy direct from the Playstation store and spend weeks talking to support to get your money or points back!

Same Issue. Bought points a couple days ago for the new stash tabs and haven't received the points.
