[PS5] The game asks me to pay early access but I already have it

Hello!

When I log in the game, it asks me to buy early access to continue. But I already bought it long ago (since the beggining). What's hapenning?

Tells me :
"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early access.If you enjoyed the Free Weekend and ant to continue playing, purchase Early access"

Did you buy access to Path of Exile 1 (many, many years ago), or Path of Exile 2 Early Access when it started last year?

Path of Exile goes F2P in 1.0, so until then the only way to play it is by buying a supporter pack or having a key gifted to you.

If you did buy PoE 2 EA, then you need to contact Support.

Thanks for your answer. Yes I Bought EA right when PoE 2 was released, on the main account on the playstation. My account shares it (it's a secondary account), and I never had such issue. I played PoE 1 on PC not ps5.

You are posting in Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1), which is for POE 1 PC (Windows and Mac)
