on Steam page claims the game is playable on NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960 (3GB), Intel® Arc™ A380, or ATI Radeon™ RX 470 and it used to be true but on 0.0.3 İ CANT EVEN GET 30 FPS WİTH MY RTX 3050 WHİCH SHOULD BE WELL ABOVE THE REQUİREMENTS

Certainly the game has become more taxing to run over the last few years. I'm not sure if steam requirement suggestions have changed in that time. I would suggest asking for assistance in the technical sections, to see if there is anything you can do to help improve your games performance.

Something I can suggest that has helped with fps for me in the past, was altering the sound settings in the log file. Some of those sound channels seem to need a lot of processing, and changing them to false might help. It means not having certain sounds, but that is sometimes preferable to low fps. There are YouTube videos available relating to fps help that explain this in more depth. The information might be a bit old though, i'm not sure if it is currently relevant, and you might get better advice from the tech section.
