Blasphemy Bug (poe2)

The skill Blasphemy constantly stops working. It mentions that there are no socketed curses to work but my curses ARE socketed in. Sometimes I can fix it by locking weapon swap and switching back and forth between the primary and secondary (keep in mind i only have primary gear) and then staying in the secondary swap. This bug keeps bricking my build and I cant find a way to permanently fix this.

I'm having the same issue. I'm blocked from activating by the "missing socketed skill" error, but my curse gem is socketed and I have more than enough spirit.
