FPS problems since last poe 2 patch

Hey my fps isnt going any higher or lower than ~ 80 no matter what settings i set.

before the patch i had an uncapped 240 fps which i capped at 145.

anyone here can help to solve this problem or is it patch related and i have to wait ?
