Early Access not working after Beta

i bought poe2 early access on ps5, and im sharing with other accounts on my console, after the beta my game logged me out and when i try to log in it says it’s asking me to purchase the game even though the account is primary on my console.

I literally just posted about this same thing. Hate that its happening but glad im not the only one. maybe it will be fixed faster.

The member of the staff I talked to said this wouldn't be fixed and we would need to repurchase the game on the account we play on... Not sure what they are thinking, doing something like this after two seasons is ridiculous...

I bought the game on my son's account, we only have 1 playstation and only play locally. It works on his account but not mine but I've put hundreds of hours on my account at this point.

Looks like their solution is to just buy the game again? I have already bought it on both my kids computers and on the PS5. Now we'll have to buy it for each PS5 account if we all want to be able to play?

I’m having the same problem here. I’ve been playing on Steam, Xbox, and PS5 since last year. During the free weekend I got some confusing messages saying I didn’t own the game, but I assumed it was just a generic prompt shown to everyone.

Now that the free weekend is over, I can’t play anymore—when I try to log in, it tells me I need to purchase the game, even though I already own it and have been playing for months.

I initially bought the game on steam and played from day one to middle of dawn league, not to mention spent a fair amount of money on supporter packs in that time, 3 of them being the EA supporters.

My pc suffered damage and since the game *was* cross platform, I played middle to end of dawn league.

Now that the free weekend is over I no longer can play on my psn account which had to link to my poe account to be able to do so?

Am I correct in understanding that I won't be able to play PoE 2 on PC now because I bought it on PS5?
