The passive stat "Minion Duration" does not affect temporary minions

The new passive cluster at the top of the tree granting minion duration grants a stat that does not affect unearth, ravenous swarm or raging spirits.

Unearth tooltip duration 39.97s, remove points from the minion duration node entering the cluster (16%, as I am a titan), tooltip still 39.97s. Tooltip correctly updates when taking normal skill duration nodes.

As a note, the +2 temporary minions notable does apply that effect, but similarly its duration stat doesn't work.
