Lightning warp bug

Lightning warp is not activating on cullable enemies consistently worked perfectly before patch 3.0

Seems to work with mouse & keyboard but not with controller, I always need two or more casts to cull an enemy. I'm using Xbox controller connected to pc. |

Same issue here, loaded up my sorceress from last league and realized I needed two casts to cull with Lightning Warp. Also playing on controller/PC. I don't think I could press the button twice to do it, I had to hold until two casts went through.
