Lich Eldritch Empowerment Not Working as Intended

Hi, wanted to point out that the Eldritch Empowerment node for the Lich Acendancy has stop working as intended. “ Spending Energy Shield does not interrupt Recharge”. Currently spending Energy Shield is interrupting recharge and causing issues for the build that did not exist yesterday. Thank you!

Looks like the interaction is with Event Horizon

This is intended. Eldritch Empowerment didn't synergize with Event Horizon before 0.3 update as well.
