Loud buzzing sound

I just started act4 and stared to have a loud buzzing sound that increases when using any skill, at first it should go away when I teleport to town then all sound disappeared and have to close the game for the normal audio to come back (started in the land of kin)

The same problem + buzzling sound start with use skills or fight certain mobs. dunno but act4 is almost unplayable. 3x game need to be restarted on any island because of that.
