Spirit skills do not working

Hello,
I’m playing on PS5 and I noticed a serious bug affecting skills that should consume or reserve Spirit.

Combat Frenzy is not consuming Spirit, and therefore it does not generate Frenzy Charges.

Herald of Ice also shows as active but does not reserve any Spirit.

I tested by removing Resonance and Charge Profusion, deactivating and reactivating gems, and even changing areas, but the issue persists.

This started happening after the most recent console patch.

This bug makes any build relying on Combat Frenzy or Heralds basically unplayable, since the Spirit Reservation system is not functioning properly.

Could you please investigate? I can provide a video if needed.

This is really frustrating ive spent half a night trying to fix this by re specing and spending up all my resources ive been saving. Should i quit? Everyone else is way ahead now. =(
