Merchant tabs

After the patch went live of the 12 premium tabs I had only 3 showed up as eligible to convert to merchant tabs. Those 3 were the most recent purchases.

After 1 more day I see only 1 additional premium tab as eligible to convert from 2024 january (that mnakes a total of 4 out of 12). I am aware that upgraded tabs are not yet available to convert but I am not sure why I can not convert the 6 stash tabs I got from purchasing a premium stash tab bundle (6 tabs) back in 2024.
