Vaaling the Essence rare mob encounter always permanently pauses the game. Have to exit to char screen every time.

Also there are multiple game freezes esp. during Abyss in the endgame.

Enormous amount of audio glitches when you start the game, open menus, open stash, open atlas, open map, near abyss. Also audio may completely crash and go pure chainsaw sound, only fixable by game restart, not even logout.

Navali character always resets its position in the hideout. Also returns if you remove her.

Small goblins are immortal in Ritual. Have to exit to char screen every time to escape endless Ritual.
