Decaying Hex + Incessant Cacophony bug
With the Incessant Cacophony node hexes stay indefinitely, but DoT effect from the Decaying Hex support expires after some time. It's description states that this DoT is a part of the curse itself, so I consider it as a bug.

I'm also having an issues with Incessant Cacophony. After taking it, I can no longer apply Temp Chains via cast. Second, this may be intended, curses applied via Blasphemy do not last indefinitely.

Also found another bug: if you try apply endless curse to respawning mobs (like minions of rare mobs with ressurrecting affix) it sometimes stays on them after death and they respawn already cursed.

And another: despite being 3 different DoT from 3 different curses, the effigy treats them as one effect for purpose of extra projectiles.

Another interaction: Encroaching Ground doesn't work with curse skills even with Cursed Ground or Burning Inscription support.
Not as big of a deal as the others, but it would be a cool interaction to have available. Longer activation delay would result in a much larger regular curse, whereas cursed ground could grow over its duration. Another interaction: Burning Inscription doesn't seem to scale to the full curse radius. Also the ground fire DoT with Blackflame Covenant active doesn't seem to count as a debuff for Vile Effigy. Edit: Another interaction: Decaying Hex DoT tooltip damage doesn't scale or change with Swift Affliction socketed, despite only allowing it to be socketed into a curse skill gem after a Decaying Hex gem. Decaying hex not interacting with any DoT support gem is an old bug that never was fixed since 0.1, unfortunately. There is a thread somewhere, where one guy keeps bumping this issue up.

Ah, sorry, hadn't seen that thread in the list yet.
I just did a quick test pass through some obvious combos and turned up those, there's definitely some more cases that I haven't included here. Didn't feel it was worth it to keep editing in more specific missing interactions since it would get buried eventually. Hopefully Curses and DoT related stuff (including Fire to Chaos + Vile Effigy) has a thorough QA pass for consistency and edge cases at some point soon. |

Another bug with this combo: if you go away from the ghost mob, curse wears off instantly.
