PS5 massive audio bug

Originally thought it was linked to Ravenous Swarm but it seems to be random. I cant isolate the issue but there's an audio issue causing the audio to become incredibly loud and distorted but only around the enemies. In town and in a map by myself is fine but whenever enemies get nearby once the big starts it's deafening. Restarting the game doesn't fix the issue. It just fixes itself randomly. Loading screens also don't seem to fix the issue.

Getting the same issue since the update

Game sounds keeps crashing. Encountered it first on Lightning DE. Still experiencing it on a different build. Sometimes there's a distortion, this latest time, sound just died. Restarted console and game seems to fix it.
