PS5 THINGS TO LOOK INTO
making a list of things that i have noticed are wrong or off with the ps5 version i Originally posted this in suggestions but realised there is bugs that need fixing - and looking at "Known Issues" and only seeing 4 things and not even Point 1 in this post worries me that they are not going to fix it
1.Can not rename stash tabs You do not have a option to rename The stash tab style, you can reassign items and stuff with the infinities Great and reassign ther orders but no the names 2.Hit Box of Enemies Some of the enemies when trying to dodge roll past have a hit box like a truck and they’re only a small enemy basically the same problem from season 1 that got fixed and it honestly feels like it’s back 3.Loot and attacking You can not attack if your backpack is full and there are items on the floor i’ve died a few times to this i have video proof as well if you need to see but basically once ur bag is full ur donezo fighting if an enemy drops an item and there are other enemies (i know just take your attack off X but thats how i like my attack set up i have it in POE 1 and it works fine) 4.Hitting the Enemy I have 100% chance to hit enemies and it feels like my attack is only hitting maybe every 2nd attack sometimes rather than consistently hitting as i have hit enough accuracy 5.Enemies health/rolls In the graveyard (act 2) i came across a few monsters with shields all heavily overtuned didn’t take hardly any damage were tanky as anything, and my “auto attack” did more damage than my actual attack although my actual attack was like 280 dam, and the auto attack has no skill gems and was only about 80 dam at the time 6.Hit box on bosses and overall Fight Act 1 boss feels janky, his attack from the sky the “beams” have no aoe indicator on them so you don’t know where is safe and as they insta freeze most of the time you get frozen because well it’s act 1 you don’t have hit thresholds or immunity to freeze at this point or if you do ur super lucky anyways because of this problem the boss just seems super cheese as every other attack has a visual on where is safe or when to dodge 7.Act Boss Hit box again Act 3 queen of filth - can not dodge roll her she drags you from 1 side of the screen to the other when she rolls feels terrible especially for “evasion characters” (i was watching someone and it was happening to him and it’s happened to me loads in previous seasons so looks like it’s still an issue) 8.Monster density in Campaign early Act monsters feels way too many you are constantly slogging it out like you are running a sweaty ass t15 map it’s act 1 and act 2 you hardly have decent gear or a decent weapon and monsters are literally swarming you ….. couple this with point 2 with the dodge roll and it just makes the game feel like you went backwards (the swarm thing is the feeling you get playing it’s meant to be acts and it’s like 3 hours an act if you wanted to interact with mechanics and things) 9.Invisible walls or Enemies ?? Moving around the game this mainly happened in act 1 but i’ve noticed sometimes your character walks then like “gets stuck” or is like forced to walk slightly sideways as if there are items/trees/rocks/enemies underground and the player is walking round the character model or invisible items but like i said this is mainly act 1 10.Items/drops with meaningful stats Item drops are terrible like actual items to put on and wear, if you insist on making enemies swarm like i mentioned earlier then items need better stats slightly, for instance i’m in act 2 and i’m still getting items with 7 life on them (i’m not using my filter yet either) actual crafting items though feel spot on and in a good place imo (sorry to elaborate i mislead this point, i ment crafting currency items drops feel in a good place but Regals feel abit sparce because you need to sell to get gold or disenchant to get regal shards but if you dont sell for gold you cant gambba or buy from the vendor so it leaves you in this weird middle ground of having nothing) 11.Mtx selection screen UI The ui/navigation for the stash tabs and the mtx allocation feel awful now, the mtx ui has done since release but the new stash tab layout is cool and everything but have any of the devs actually tried to navigate it on a console and not just on a pc? because on console it feels slow and non responsive and the navigation for the mtx options is wild one wrong press and you are 4 tabs over and trying to put pets on while you were trying to change ur armour it’s weird 12.Bell not instantly available to hit You can not hit the bell with ice strike you stand there like a lemon and you have to wait like maybe 2 seconds before being able to strike it i thought this might have been a new feature of how the bell works but if you use anything else like glacial cascade for instance you can blast the bell as much as you like and as soon as you like but melee strike skills in close prox just stand there for a few seconds before being able to hit the bell 13.Targeting with Killing palm Auto-targeting for melee is awful using Killing palm and trying to get your character to aim at the nearest monster with a blue flame when fighting a boss is near impossible you fly past the mob and target the boss it’s bad so bad 14.Looting while attacking Being able to “pick up loot” through a wall while literally trying to attack has literally destroyed my will to play this game, i’m tiresome, and no fun at all. it’s made me quit the league after 2 days so i guess i’ll see you all next league, i’ve just played poe 1 for a month and a half straight had fun made 3 characters finished rank 14th on ladder as an inquisitor and i can’t even handle playing poe 2 for 2 days this game is in a terrible state on console 15.The power needed for Campaign Campaign balancing is all over the place and terrible too many mobs too fast too much and not enough loot or mats to try and craft loot also gold is nothing but sparse considering you are supposed to use a mixture of crafting and the npc for better loot poe 2 excels in neither category 16.Campaign Pacing The pacing of the game is nothing shy of awful nothing more to say about that. having a 2 hour act 2 because you are slogging through pointless avenues makes for a terrible player experience unless you are blasting on a spell witch or some other op stuff 17.Flasks and Charms The flask and the flask recharging. mobs from abyss do not give back flask charges and normal campaign mobs seem to take a month to give charges back and while we’re on that matter charms are terrible they gain charges like flasks but at a slower rate i got poisoned off a monster in act 3 3 secs of immunity (1 charge gone) soon as that ended another charge instantly went (2 charges gone) then what? …… takes me another 20+ monster kills to get a recharge but all monsters in act 3 pretty much poison so then you are just doing this seesaw of kill 20 monsters use all ur flasks trying to fight off the poison attacks then guess what 1 charge (enough kills)…. instantly gone the very same second for 3 seconds (takes you about 15 seconds to kill a pack of monsters there’s that many poison monsters) ultimately ending in you running away porting out to town go to well and jump back in and rinse and repeat until the entire area is dead it’s not funnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!! A suggestion would be to have charms work like a Aura on a cooldown there always there but have a cooldown from when you get hit, so you get hit lats like 4-5 seconds but then have a 20 second cooldown that way you have a chance to use it effectivly if needed. it gives you a change to kill everything or get out of the danger then you could use again if needed and called upon especially if you havnt seen monsters in abit and then suddenly come across monsters. because in this senario as it stand if you used youre 2 charges and then come across another pack of monsters the charm is useless until you build up charges by which point you've either killed the monsters getting poisoned or bled in the process or worse frozen, you get a charm charge at the end of the pack of monsters and if you are unlucky the "ailment" will prox the charge meaning you lose the charge you just gained at the end of the pack of monster to start the proccess all over again unless you port back to town it seems a very floored process to use charms 18.Close Quarter Combat As a melee monk and literally having to get in close quarters getting your attack cancelled all the time because a monster hit you is terrible (i will elaborate) I am hitting a monster and rather than it getting a little stun or something like (because im currently hitting it, im taking about Campaign mobs not boss or Uniques) So regardless to you hitting the monster it just literally powers through ur attack as if you are not hitting it and then just hits you anyways (most of the time stunning you) and if it doesn’t it just cancels your attack making you attacking null and void and just pointless 19.Health Overall Life is needed on the tree period it doesn’t even have to be much but it is 100% needed on the tree!! again as a melee monk who needs to get up close and personal not having life on the tree and unable to craft decent life because crafts and gear are non existent means ur running round act 3 with 600 life getting ur health chunked down on every single attack 20.Runes or Lesser Runes Infact Where are they i got about 8 runes all were for int, or mana pretty much think i got 1 for lightning but then once i upgraded gear that was gone and useless….. thought lesser runes were meant to drop to help out on gear until you managed to get some decent stuff? this isn’t an overly negative post these are merely feedback so hopefully someone sees and literally does something to improve it i see other people complaining about the same stuff Last edited by WarhawkOfficial#9280 on Aug 31, 2025, 6:27:09 PM Last bumped on Sep 2, 2025, 8:15:03 AM

1.Can not rename stash tabs - Can you navigate the cursor to the stash tabs and let me know if you can see the option to "Edit Tab Settings" on the legend? You should be able to edit the stash name here. 11.Mtx selection screen UI - Are you using the paperdoll? or the collapsed stash list view for managing your cosmetics? can you provide a few more specifics please? 13.Targeting with Killing palm - Is this mainly an issue with bosses? does the auto targeting for cullable targets work when only regular mobs are onscreen? | |
Im not sure if its specific to the OP, but naming tabs has not been an issue of me at all. Hover over the tab, hold square, rename.

" The renaming wasn't an issue for me, and I see it ultimately wasn't for the OP either. But the colour schemes make it virtually impossible to read the text with most of the chosen colours. With the default scheme, I didn't see there was a name until I saw "24" and such when trying to add a name (the PS5 text box popup). We should be able to change the text colour and/or background so it's readable. Right now there are only a few colours that make it possible to read the tabs, and I'm on a 75 inch TV. An issue I didn't see mentioned by the OP, is the sometimes huge lag and graphics disappearing after talking to an NPC or exiting from inventory/character sheets. Everything is blurred out, and I can only see a few pieces of text. After maybe 5 seconds it loads back in, and I can see the encampment, NPCs, my own character, background and so on. |

" Make a video its the best option to get your point across while showing in real time exactly what is happening on your screen, Also to the untrained eye you see it as a loading problem but if the Dev's see exactly what you are on about then they might know its cause by something else..... that or its just a loading texture problem, either way id make a video pop it on YT all you need is a playstation and SHARE FACTORY its free on PSN Store it then gives you the option to load it in YT grab the link once the video is uploaded then come to the forum put these 2 things from the top of the message post next to quote [ url ] [ /url ] but they will be together and pop youre video link in the middle that then gives anyone and the devs a directl link to your problem it will prob be the easiest way to get them to see the problem and fix it |
