Merchant Stash Tab Upgrade

I was wondering if anyone was having the same issue as me. When I go to my account and manage to change premium tabs to merchant stash tabs, it says

Current Tab Allocations
Premium Stash Tabs 19
Merchant's Tabs 0

Eligible Premium Tabs

And then nothing. There's no button to press or anything, and the fact that it's empty under Elegible Premium Tabs leads me to believe it's just not letting me. I purchased those 19 premium tabs a long time ago, the last I purchased was in PoE1 during the crucible league, so they should be convertible. Anyone know what's going on?

i have the same problem,it seems that i can't convert my premium stash tab because it is a playstation premium stash.
Anyone have my same problems?
