Error Chaos Inoculation passive

I'm having a very serious problem. When I cast the Chaos Inoculation passive, I can't refill my health when an enemy deals a lot of damage to me. Before the update, I could refill my health when I took damage, but now I can't. Since the last update two days ago, I can't refill my health.

Note: I have a lot of energy shielding, and before the update, I could refill my health when I took a lot of damage, but not anymore.

In PoE2, the Eternal Youth keystone no longer makes Life Flasks refill Energy Shield.

Excuse the question, but since I'm new and inexperienced, I'd like to know what the solution would be to this, simply create another build or what would be a real solution so I don't have to remove the build I already have created, what changes should I make to get it working again?
