Game crashes and gives me: errordevicelost

I was finally able to login and create a new character then crashed. went back in started at the bank and crashed 2 more times before i made it to the area boss.
Error I get is: errordevicelost HP Omen Laptop 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz (2.30 GHz) 32 GB Ram Directx 12 NVIDIA is updated and steam files verified twice. I have tried Vulcan and directx 12 Last bumped on Aug 30, 2025, 7:21:18 PM

I created an account and still cannot figure out how to paste where it says paste. I pressed CTRL+V nothing happened, I even turned off virus protector.
