I'm stuck. I'm trapped on the ship in Chapter 4—unable to get off the ship and unable to use the return-to-town function.

I think you are talking about POE2? Someone here may know, but this section relates to POE1. I don't remember a ship in act 4 of POE1, but could be that I'm just not understanding.

there is a ladder on the side, click it to drop the ladder, then you climb down into a little boat.
