Book of Specialisation Act 1 Lost

I talked to Una with a full inventory, as I found out after the fact, clicked on the book to accept the quest reward after returning the Count's ring and healing the Hooded One, but when I opened my inventory it wasn't there. Nor was there the option to accept the quest reward in her dialog box.

She gives you the option to accept the quest reward.
However, the option can be hidden by other dialogue options in the controller UI.



You have to scroll past the top of the right side of the dialogue options.
