Disconnect when loading into location

Throws into the menu when loading any location, and sometimes it is not possible to start the character. Tell me how to solve the problem?

Only solution I've found is to plug in a controller and use the "load into town" function during login. For some reason this option only seems to be available with controller.

Me and 3 mates were stuck, not being able to log into the game after a abyssal instance threw us all out of the game. |
