Hello, the alva trading dissapeared for me. I get the this hideout instance no longer allows trading, please renter the hideout to create a bew instance. How do i do that?

more than 1000 chaos orb is gone, was listing in alva marketplace, what's going on?

She is not even known as Alva. And the npc not exist in POE 1
