FPS drops after the update

Hello there,
since the update yesterday my game runs on super low fps (30-40) where before it was around 140. I tested some things like turning down graphic settings from maxewd to lowest which didnt change anything. I also installed the gpu update again and looked for troubleshooting with poe2 though nothing really helped. One thing dat did was changing to direct11, though I have aroung 70 now in fights it drops instantly to 20. My GPU, CPU and VRAM is all fine and other games dont show any issue, so I would love any help that u can give.
I have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700KF (3.40 GHz) and an RTX 80 super and 32 Gb VRAM
