Can not reload crossbow-bolt

Bug repeat:
2 crossbows geared up.
Crossbow 1 is set to fire bolts,
Crossbow 2 is set to fire grenades,
you fire a shooting skill followed immediately by a grenade skill before it automatically reload the bolt.

Then you can not reload the bolt by pressing 'reload' for the shooting skill, you have to manually switch to Crossbow 1 first, then reload it.
Since you can automatically switch to Crossbow 2 to fire grenade, why can't you automatically switch to Crossbow 1 to reload when you use the reload skill?

-Unable to swap ammo while sprinting (e.g from permafrost to fragmentation)
- Unable to reload while sprinting
- Unable to cancel sprint with crossbow attack if 0 bolts are loaded


All 3 actions above were working correctly in 0.3, but 0.3b broke them.
