Turn the clock forward passive missing projectile speed after 0.3

there is a passive on upper right of tree that used to give spell damage and projectile speed, called turn the clock forward. the projectile speed is missing. This is odd, as the leading node has projectile speed, and the opposite nodes have reduced speed.

It didn't used to give spell damage, it just gave Spell Projectile Speed. This is definitely an accidental Typo, and really hope its fixed soon, insane that after an entire tree update there's a single proj speed node available for the topside and its in the monk/ranger section.
