Updated to 0.3 but cannot make a character or get to queue

Hey. I have just updated to the new patch, but when I log in, the game goes directly to the previous league screen, only allowing me to make a character there. I cannot even see the "Third Edict" option or stay in the queue.

Any ideas?

Edit: downloaded the game from the website, not Steam. Playing on PC.

There isn't currently a queue, and you're looking for "Rise of the Abyssal"; not "The Third Edict."

I'm 95% sure you're looking at the right thing and just thinking it's wrong.

The branding has changed.

Rise of the Abyssal didn't exist prior to today's launch.
