Same issue here. Downloaded the game (90ish gigs) last night but now it's not letting me download the update (which is somehow 40 fucking gigs)

GGG are aware of that and looking into it.
They're posting updates in this forum thread and on ExTwitter. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

I managed to fix it on my end by running the packcheck.exe in the game folder
