Beastcrafting crash results in wasting beast

Server crash during afk minutes after me killing beast in menagerie resulted in just item in my hands: no beast (wild bristle matron) in either menagerie nor inventory, no meta-mod on item aswell.

Just wonder if that would be the case in POE2 with all this abyss walking (local veiled mods), considering free weekend might perma kill servers.
