I cant enter my hideout because its BLOCKED ME!!!

Whenever i try to enter my hideout i get a message in the chat that (You have been ignored by the target player) since when was the hideout alive, Also when i try to trade with others even total randoms it says (That player has ignored you) not every single player in the game could have ignored me plz help ggg
