Trial of Chaos

I was in the room where you have to collect 3 vaal cores to continue to the next room and on the first core i placed it in the altar but the game still registered that i still had the core on me and I continued to take dmg and lost the run. kinda bummed that i had a chance to get a unique but didn't have a fair chance to get it because of this bug. Got another chance since it was the first key.
