Infinite loading screen

Cant load into jungle ruins and chimera wetlands tryed quiting game loaded it back up nothing tryed logging into another character and still nothing also reset ps5 a couple times and still waiting for my character to load into jungle ruins and chimera wetlands nothing is working please fix this cant complete my legion character before the aug 29 patch
