Where to post Technical support issues with POE2 network latency
Can you tell me where to post issues regarding POE2 network latency issues, in order to receive a response, there seems a problem getting any technical support, and the game is getting unplayable, so I need assistance. Thanks

I'm looking for the exact same thing. I haven't launched PoE2 in a good while but sunk about 200 hours into it when it first launched.
I'm hype for the update soon and decided to boot it up, game is unplayable and after many attempts to fix it, I have no idea what to do. All I know is the network graph is going CRAZY for no reason. I've reset my adapter in Windows, power cycled my router, checked my ports, checked my firewall, checked ANYTHING that could be related to network... My actual game performance is great, I have a 7800X3D and 5080 so it's rock solid. But the network is spiking so much it's literally unplayable and I can't find a solution, what's interesting is it seems to also happen with PoE1... This has never happened before and I'm so confused right now. |

" " It's the same process for poe1. The only difference is the location of the Client.txt file due to a different installation directory of poe2. The WinMTR directions and process are the same. This is what GGG recommends: Ensure to do this when the lag, high ping, packet loss, or connection issues are happening. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789 After running this test per the instructions please link the URL of the pastebin back here |

173.233.129.132 was the last IP I connected to and I notice it's the only one with packet loss, I don't actually know what this means but I do notice it within the information I provided.
