Presence Area Nodes Not working

Running a build using deepest tower helmet and relying on nodes to increase my presence area.

I currently have the "presence area" nodes near the "presence present" notable, and they seem to be working properly at increasing the visual presence radius.

I also have "presence area and companion area" and "long distance relationship" notables which visually increase the presence radius as expected.

Have tried adding more presence with the additional "presence area" nodes near the "Decisive retreat" notable and selecting these two nodes does not increase my presence area.

Tactician passive that increases presence area of effect seems to work fine.

Anyone else experience this or am i missing something?
