When they have tested it in a controlled closed economy that is PoE2 EA.

POE1 has already had it for a long time on the chinese client. Other features on that client include currency pickup pets and a detailed death log.

Yes, this, and so many features are already "ready to go" and you will likely never see them here.

Lest we forget, GGG was ironclad on their position regarding trading for many years, i.e., that it wouldn't be in any way automated. I suspect what changed was Chris Wilson's departure from GGG, along with a great many voices in the PoE Deuce playerbase (and no small few in PoE's, as well) demanding it. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Mass ID (about which Chris' specific opinion is unknown to me) and automated trade are two different things. =0[.]o=
