Support still WAY behind in responding to emails? 57 days with no response whatsoever.

I emailed support about merging my old xbox account to my main PC account because I have MTX not only from when I only had the xbox account but also from when I purchased a second POE2 early access key and had to use the old xbox account due to the "can't switch accounts" bug on console.

I emailed them (with the verification process completed) on June 24th and haven't received so much as a "long support ticket list, may take a while" auto response that can be set up.

With the new league coming in 9 days, and the requirement that we have to change any premium tabs into merchant tabs before it drops for it to be free I feel like I'm going to have to pay a second time for something I've already purchased.


Is anyone else experiencing a delay/lack of response to a support email (verified or not) to the magnitude that I currently am?

Question for you then.

On the live stream that just happened a couple hours ago for POE2 0.3.0 it was stated that in order for it to be free, we had to change any desired premium tabs into the new merchant tabs before the update happens in 9 days.

If support doesn't even respond to my email until after that happens am I just out of luck and will have to either buy new merchant tabs or pay to then change my existing premium tabs into merchant tabs (the ones that haven't been transferred from old account into main account once/if they do)?
