Game performance still really bad

Just came back to test the new league after months without playing PoE, and the games still runs really shit. My pc gets 75 fps average, but it feels like 40 with a lot of small stutters whiles walking.

It really hurt my eyes while walking, no joke. I mean, it literally hurts my eye, because the screen does not move smooth through the map while walking.

My setup:

Ryzen 3600 processor
16gb 3000 mhz
rx 5700xt

Edit:

After going back to default settings on graphics, my performance fixed. Got 90 fps, but the feeling is more like 60 to 70 than 90.

I suggest everyone having the same problem to reset the configs from scratch. But still, the fps shown does not feel as the fps we play, and this still a issue not fixed.
