Lag on EU servers - WinMTR log included

Hello,

I am experiencing severe lag issues in Path of Exile, affecting every EU server I try, including Amsterdam. The problem also occurs in Path of Exile 2. I have been playing since 2017~ or so without any issues, but this started happening around the launch of Path of Exile 2. I’m not sure if this is a coincidence, but it’s unusual since nothing has changed on my end.

I have run diagnostics using WinMTR, link below. My ISP is Telenor, and I am located in Norway. I have not made any changes to my network setup or provider.

VPN makes no difference.

The lag makes the game unplayable, and I was hoping it would resolve itself so I could start playing again, but it has persisted. Is there anything you can do, or should I contact my ISP to investigate further? If you need any other information, please let me know.
