Lightning Strike and Frost Blades Nerfs

50% less damage on lightning strike and LS of Chaining projectiles was a little too hard of a nerf. Especially the projectile nerf on Frost Blades because Frost Blades can't double hit. I'm glad the meta changed, but I'm sad these skills died.
